Eight signals
What we check
Eight simple signals, each with its source. We don't compute a score: we show you the facts. If the company works in a usually stable sector, such as healthcare or education, we tell you that too.
Tax status
The company is active at ANAF, not tax-inactive or deregistered.
Trade register
The company is not in insolvency, dissolution or liquidation (trade register) and has no pending insolvency petition or preventive composition (courts).
Labour disputes
How many labour disputes were filed against the company in the last year, relative to its headcount.
Age
At least 3 years since registration.
Employees
At least 10 employees on average, per the latest financial statement.
Financial result
Net profit in the latest year and positive equity.
Turnover
Turnover didn't drop by more than 20% versus the previous year.
Official website
The company has a website showing its CUI, as the law requires for company websites. If we don't find one, it's only a minor signal: many small companies have no website.
What this check doesn't tell you
- 01
It isn't a bank's criterion. Each bank assesses its customers and their employers on its own.
- 02
A missing warning doesn't guarantee the company has no problems.
- 03
What matters more is your own income, time in employment and credit history.
